1. About me
 

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) registered with the BC College of Social Workers, offering counselling services online to clients located in British Columbia. 
 

2. Information only

Content on the Website is general information about my practice and is not therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice for your situation. Reading the Website or contacting me does not create a counselling relationship. That begins only after we have both agreed to work together and you have completed my informed consent process.
 

3. Not for emergencies

The Website and my contact details are not monitored for emergencies, and I cannot respond to crises. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are in distress or thinking of suicide, you can call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, available across Canada, 24/7).
 

4. Who my services are for
 

My services are offered to adults and youth (aged 6+) who are physically located in British Columbia at the time of each session. Eligibility is confirmed during intake, and I may decide that my services are not the right fit for your needs.
 

5. No guarantees
 

Counselling can be helpful, but outcomes depend on many factors and I cannot guarantee any particular result. Testimonials or descriptions of approaches on the Website are general in nature.
 

6. Contacting me
 

Messages sent through the Website or by email are not secure and may not be read right away. Please do not include sensitive personal or health information. See my Privacy Policy for more.
 

7. Appointments, fees, and cancellations
 

Fees, payment, and cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement you sign when we begin working together. The Website does not form a binding booking until I confirm it.
